St Leonard’s church will be joining in the tradition of our neighbouring Thorngate benefice by offering a Lent Lunch to the community whilst raising money for UNICEF.

About the Event
There is no charge for the lunch but donations will be gratefully received. The lunch will be held on Saturday 18th March at the church and homemade soup will be served between 12 noon and 2pm.
Last year the four Thorngate churches of Lockerley, East Dean, East Tytherley and West Tytherley raised over £2000 for UNICEF, particularly the war in Ukraine. We hope that with community support from Sherfield
English we too can raise a little to help many. If you would like to come - bring your Mum it is Mothering Sunday the next day - and if you know ahead of time then please just contact Clare or myself to assist in the numbers for catering. There will be several choices of soup so should suit every palate!
