Bowls & Croquet 2026

SPRING IS ON ITS WAY - Time to Get Active!

Bowls starts in April at the Recreation Ground. Come and join a friendly group of men and women enjoying outdoor fun and gentle exercise. Sessions run on Monday, Wednesday and Friday afternoons (2–4pm), with Friday evenings (6–8pm). Sunday afternoons are also available by arrangement, making it ideal for those who work. All equipment and tuition are provided – just wear flat shoes and come along at any time. Tea, coffee and biscuits are available each afternoon. Sessions cost £2.00.

An open day and refresher sessions will be held on Sunday 3rd & Monday 4th May.

Croquet

Croquet begins in April on Tuesdays (2–4pm). It’s a small, friendly group offering gentle exercise, good company and a cup of tea.
