Local resident reports (03/09/25) Star Pubs press office supplied following official statement "We are committed to The Hatchet’s long-term future and are looking for a new operator to reopen the pub as soon as possible. The immediate priority is to reopen the pub. Longer term we would still like to invest in refurbishing The Hatchet subject to recruiting an operator who wants to work with us on this."
Great pub until change of manager. certainly had the hatchet treatment. what went so wrong so quickly overnight😒
