SE Bowls, Colden Common v SE - Now back in Hampshire & our winning streak resumes!

On Saturday 4^th July Sherfield English travelled to Colden Common for a friendly match fixture.

Having been disappointed in the Tour matches, Sherfield made amends and a superb team performance resulted in a 74 - 40 victory.

An all round team performance, Sherfield winning all 4 rinks.

The green ran true and was a perfect surface on a lovely sunny afternoon.

Thanks to Colden Common for their hospitality and sportsmanship.

Rink 2:   Won  22 - 9   A late run ensured a comprehensive win 

Rink 3:   Won  17 - 8   Always in the lead, consistent throughout

Rink 4:   Won  19 - 12  Never in doubt, a good team performance

Rink 5:   Won  16 - 11   Came from behind with a late flourish
