Three men charged with drugs supply offences, following warrant executed at an address in Scallows Lane, Friday 21 August 2026. Suspected controlled drugs and cash found, arrests made:

Paul White, 47, Whitworth Crescent, Southampton, charged with possession with intent to supply a controlled drug of Class A – cocaine, and possession of an offensive weapon, knuckle duster, in a public place.

Stephen Richards, 68, Quayside Road, Southampton, charged with two counts of possession with intent to supply a controlled drug of Class A – cocaine, possession with intent to supply a controlled drug of Class B – cannabis resin, and possession of an offensive weapon, knuckle duster, in a private place.

Connor Bowers, 28, Quayside Road, Southampton, charged with possession with intent to supply a controlled drug of Class A – cocaine.

All three remanded to appear at Basingstoke Magistrates Court Monday 24 August.

Fourth man, 36, Swanmore arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to supply a Class A drug, released on conditional police bail, pending further enquiries.

Fifth man, 69, Manchester, arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to supply a Class A drug in the Greater Manchester area on Friday 21 August, as part of the same operation, also released on police bail, pending further enquiries.
